Transportation & Parking Location
The Long-term and Short-Term parking lots are located directly across from the terminal building.
Hours of Operation
The parking lots are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Secure Facility
Our well-lit parking facilities are monitored continuously via our 24 hour security camera system by the airport security. The parking lots are also patrolled frequently by the Monroe Police Department.
Payment
Payment is made as you exit the lot with your vehicle. We no longer accept cash, but we do accept major credit cards (Master Card, VISA, Discover, and American Express). Unfortunately, we do not accept personal or business checks at this time. Parking rates are listed below. You will not be able to exit the parking lot unless payment is made in full.
Lost Tickets
If you have been at the airport less than 24 hours, your charge will be the daily maximum of the facility in which you parked. If your vehicle has been parked at the airport longer than 24 hours, our vehicle license plate inventory will indicate how many days your vehicle has been parked in our facilities and you will be charged for that number of days. There will also be a $100 lost ticket fee added to the charged rate.
Accessibility
Handicap parking is available in both Short-Term and Long-Term parking lot. Customers must display the handicap placard while parked. There are a total of 19 parking spots available.
Disabled Veterans
Parking is FREE for disabled veterans at Monroe Regional Airport (MLU). In order to receive free parking, disabled veterans must show their Disabled Veterans ID card and/or have a LA Disabled Veterans License Plate upon exiting the parking lot. Parking will be available in both short term and long term parking lots.

Transportation
The Monroe Transit System operates bus service to the airport every 45 minutes Monday to Saturday between the hours of 6:20 am to 6:40 pm. Passengers can transfer at the downtown terminal to other areas of the city.
